Glasgow West Heartbeats provide cardiac rehabilitation support for long term maintenance of physical activity and lifestyle change

“Our phase 4 community-based cardiac rehabilitation and maintenance activity classes are aimed primarily, but not exclusively so, at referrals from hospitals or GPs, and are conducted by qualified physiotherapists.”

While this film shows footage from the pre-pandemic, face-to-face classes held at Kelvinside Academy, it still captures the spirit of the current online Zoom sessions, and the message from the physios is as relevant now as it was when it was filmed.
